Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?+
You can place an order directly on our website by adding products to your cart and checking out. Alternatively, you can order via WhatsApp by clicking the WhatsApp button on any page or product.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept UPI, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (for select locations). For wholesale orders, we also accept NEFT/RTGS. Payment details are shared after order confirmation.
Is there a minimum order value?+
For retail orders, there is no minimum order value. For wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply per product — these are clearly shown on each product page.
Can I order via WhatsApp?+
Yes! Many of our customers prefer ordering via WhatsApp. Simply click the green WhatsApp button on any page and send us your order details. Our team will confirm availability and share payment details.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

How do I get wholesale prices?+
Toggle the "Wholesale" switch in the header to see wholesale prices for all products. Wholesale prices are automatically available — no registration needed. For extra bulk discounts on large orders, contact us directly.
What is the minimum order for wholesale?+
Each product has its own MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for wholesale, which is displayed on the product page. Typically it ranges from 6-50 pieces depending on the product.
Do you offer extra discounts for very large orders?+
Yes! For orders above 500+ pieces, we offer additional bulk discounts. Contact us via WhatsApp or visit our Bulk Orders page for custom pricing.
Can I become a reseller?+

Shipping & Delivery

Do you deliver across India?+
Yes, we ship to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What are the shipping charges?+
Shipping charges depend on order weight and delivery location. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount (shown at checkout). For bulk/wholesale orders, shipping is calculated based on volume.
Can I track my order?+
Yes, once your order is dispatched, we share the tracking details via WhatsApp or email. You can track your shipment in real-time.
Do you offer express delivery?+
For urgent orders, please contact us via WhatsApp and we'll do our best to arrange priority shipping. Additional charges may apply for express delivery.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?+
We accept returns for damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery. Please share photos of the damaged items via WhatsApp for quick resolution.
How do I request a refund?+
Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and details of the issue. We process refunds within 3-5 business days after verification.
What if I receive the wrong product?+
In the rare case of a wrong product being delivered, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
