Our Shipping Promise

We are committed to fast, reliable delivery across India. Every order is shipped within 5-7 business days of order confirmation. If we fail to ship your order within this timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Shipping Timeline - Orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days after confirmation. - If your order is not shipped within 7 business days of confirmation, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number to claim a full refund. - "Business days" excludes Sundays and public holidays.

2. Shipping Coverage We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery availability may vary by location and is confirmed at checkout using your pincode.

3. Delivery Time (after dispatch) - Metro cities: 2-4 business days - Tier 2/3 cities: 3-6 business days - Remote areas: 5-8 business days

Total time from order to doorstep is typically 7-15 business days, depending on your location.

4. Shipping Charges - Free shipping above the qualifying order value (shown at checkout). - Below the threshold, a flat or distance-based shipping fee is calculated based on your delivery pincode and displayed at checkout before payment. - Wholesale/bulk orders may have separate shipping charges calculated by weight and destination.

5. Order Confirmation After placing an order, our team contacts you within 24 hours on phone/WhatsApp to confirm stock and address. The 5-7 day shipping window starts from this confirmation, not from order placement.

6. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details on WhatsApp or email so you can follow your package in real time.

7. Failed Delivery If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will reattempt 1-2 times. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply for re-shipment).

8. Refund Eligibility for Late Shipment - Refund applies only if Giftz365 fails to dispatch the order within 7 business days of order confirmation. - Refund does not apply to delays caused by courier networks after dispatch, incorrect address provided by customer, or natural calamities/strikes/lockdowns. - Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
