Our Quality Promise
Every single item is inspected and quality-checked by our team before dispatch. We make sure your order leaves our warehouse in perfect condition, properly packed, and ready for safe delivery.
Because of this rigorous pre-dispatch quality check, all sales at Giftz365 are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, wrong selection, or unused condition.
1. Exceptions
In the rare event of an issue, returns are accepted ONLY for:
- Product damaged in transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect missed during quality check
2. How to Report
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp with clear photos or video of the issue. Include your order number for faster resolution. Reports after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
3. Resolution
After verification, we will either replace the product free of cost or issue a refund, at our discretion. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or mishandling after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items reported after the 24-hour window from delivery
- Custom, personalized, or combo-pack items
- Items where the original packaging is missing or destroyed
5. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Pre-dispatch cancellation may be possible by contacting us immediately on WhatsApp.
