1. Order Confirmation
All orders are subject to confirmation. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order and check stock availability. No payment is collected until the order is confirmed.
2. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products only.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
- To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp or call us with your order number.
3. Refunds
- Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
6. Wholesale/Bulk Orders
- Wholesale and bulk orders have a separate return policy.
